Please Read Before Applying Empty Please Read Before Applying

The purpose of applying is just to get an idea about who you are, and for administrative purposes. It serves as a minimal barrier to entry, but does not guarantee membership.

Once you have applied, unless someone already in guild objects with valid reason, you will be taken under the guild's wings as a probationary member. After your induction period, the guild leader will decide if you will be admitted as a member.

So before you apply, there are a few things you need to be aware about the guild.

    - How you perform in instanced PvP scenarios/mini-games will influence a large portion of whether you make it as a full member.

    - We are a RvR/PvP first guild, PvE 2nd. The goal is to have PvP-ers who will be doing PvE as well, rather than having a PvE-ers who will be moonlighting in PvP. We want to be able to be progressing through PvE raids at a respectable pace, but its not our priority

    - We expect all members to be active players, and active participants in guild activities and events. An example would be if the guild is doing Open World RvR, and even if the tides are against us and we won't rake in as much renown, as opposed to doing a scenario, we still want you to participate because its a -guild event-.

    - We want you to be active over vent. If you don't talk much, you must have the habit of at least listening to vent. And when you are online in-game, you must be in vent.

    - We don't mind child-like behaviour. We don't tolerate childishness. Difference. Asking for "Mature" players is hypocritic. Be yourself, but have intergrity and treat your guildies with respect. We rather you talk shit in the guild channel then in the OOC channel and bring down the guild reputation along with your bantering. Even if you have an opinion and you think you are right, don't ever, ever, give others crap in scenarios/warbands/public quests. This applies to everyone you meet, in or out the guild. We don't want any "lol you guys are noob" stuff.

    - We want people who play well and can listen. Both these qualities must be present, there's no one or the other. We want people who function like a hive mind naturally as long as it aids the objective. Examples, such as focus firing should be a natural thing, and the player need not have to wait for vent instruction for calling out targets. Target prioritization (Get the healer/squishies first or protect teammate) should come naturally. If you're playing as an archmage for example it is imperative to keep your teammates alive first, dps 2nd. The "High Magic/Force" mechanic is only there to assist this first priority. We don't want people who risk themselves just to get their "dps" in, when it serves the objective no purpose, to get an ego stroke when the scenario scoreboards come so that they can say "Oooh look at my dps!!"

    - Please make sure that your account name/Display name is the same as your ingame char name that your are applying with.

    - The trial process is pretty high pressure..we rather see initiative as opposed to having to babysit and micromanage you. You won't be judged based on your level/gear. So if you have a fragile ego or can't take criticism please don't apply.

Our guilds minimum rank required has been modified, all those wishing to apply must be the minimum rank of 25. All those in the mid 20's should be aware that if they are successful that it will be expected that they level to meet the guild average, which at the current time is in T3 content.

At the end of the day, its hard to judge these qualities from an application form, and thats why the trial is in place.

We wish you the best in your application and trial phase.
